Job summary

Citrine LLC is seeking a Structural Engineer to deliver design, analysis, and documentation for diverse projects in the Lakewood/CO area. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams, including site visits and construction support.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural background with 4+ years of experience and a strong grasp of relevant codes. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with some travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and design for commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop structural drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Design and evaluate structural systems including steel, concrete, and other structural materials.
• Apply engineering principles, applicable codes, and industry standards to develop safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams throughout project execution.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to help ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform site visits, field investigations, existing condition assessments, and construction observations as needed.
• Provide technical support during construction, including responding to contractor questions and reviewing submittals.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving structural issues during design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, civil, and project management staff.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables while managing multiple assignments and priorities.
• Contribute to Citrine’s culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
