Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of structural experience focused on buildings.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong command of statics and mechanics of structures.
• Knowledgeable of relevant building codes and standards.
• Advanced proficiency with structural design software.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structures and components using software and manual calculations.
• Ensure designs, reports, and documentation are accurate and meet codes, standards, and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal/external team members to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate project details with the Project Manager and Production Group throughout design.
• Independently perform site visits to evaluate structural conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers.
