Job summary

MSA is seeking a Project Engineer – Structural to lead planning and design of building structures for municipal and infrastructure projects. You will guide projects from concept through construction, coordinating across disciplines to deliver constructible solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida PE or SE license, an ABET-accredited Civil/Structural degree, and a minimum of four years of relevant experience. We offer employee ownership, mentorship, flexible hours, and hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Structural engineering emphasis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for municipal, water/wastewater, waterfront, parks and recreation, tank, and other infrastructure/building projects.
• Perform and review structural calculations and analyses for steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and other systems.
• Develop structural plans, details, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Provide construction-phase support including site visits and RFIs.
