Job summary
WSP USA is seeking a Structural Engineering Technical Director - Bridge Inspection District Manager to lead our NC and SC bridge inspection practice. Based in Mooresville, Charlotte, Raleigh, or nearby locations, you will guide district-level teams, ensure NBIS compliance, and drive revenue growth while delivering high-quality inspections.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer license; multi-state licensure preferred.
- 12+ years of bridge inspection experience under NBIS.
- Proven experience leading multi-state or district teams and managing programs.
- Strong QA/QC, safety, risk mitigation, and financial performance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within NC and SC.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for NC and SC Bridge Inspection practice.
- Oversee district-wide NBIS compliance and QA/QC standards.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and multi-year program delivery.
- Engage with DOTs, municipalities, and clients to maintain relationships.
