WSP USA seeks an experienced Structural Engineering Technical Director – Bridge Inspection District Manager to lead district‑level bridge inspection programs across NC/SC. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) license; multi‑state licensure preferred (NC & SC).
12 years of progressive experience in bridge inspection under NBIS and leadership of complex programs.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to statewide Bridge Inspection TEC Leads.
Establish and maintain consistent inspection practices, QA/QC standards, and delivery processes.
Oversee district revenue growth, backlog development, and financial performance in line with targets.
Develop and implement district‑level strategies for workforce planning and risk management.
