Responsibilities

• Develop executive deliverables and present findings to inform key decisions.
• Conduct primary/secondary research and synthesize findings with strategic recommendations.
• Lead mid-size projects and portions of larger initiatives; support strategic planning and BCBS Plan engagement.
• Provide coaching and oversight to junior staff.
