Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to analyze, manage, and provide strategic expertise across portfolios of initiatives and projects. You will ensure data integrity, deliver reporting, and support prioritization and investment decisions.

You will lead process improvements, act as SME for portfolio tools, and train others. The role offers Hybrid-Flex work with some remote capability and opportunities to influence enterprise delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 5+ years in portfolio or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics and indicators.
• Translate data into actionable observations for leadership.
• Support portfolio reviews and executive status reports.
• Lead continuous improvement of portfolio processes and tools.
• Provide backup support for Portfolio Leaders as needed.
