• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Ability to assess financial and commercial merits of opportunities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for executives/investors.

Aufgaben

• Manage annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Track performance vs. budget; explain variances and recommend actions.
• Build financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing, capital allocation, and new opportunities.
• Develop corporate strategy with leadership and translate priorities into operating plans.
• Identify and evaluate customers, strategic partners, and expansion opportunities.
• Support proposals, deal structures, and negotiations with financial analysis and market data.
• Assess investments, acquisitions, and strategic transactions including valuation and due diligence.
• Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and management reports.
• Improve reporting on revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
