Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp is seeking a Strategy & Delivery Coordinator in Houston, TX, a hybrid role supporting digital delivery initiatives across portfolios.

You will track milestones, coordinate governance, manage stakeholder communications, and help align projects with timelines to ensure successful delivery.

This long-term contract requires 2–5 years of coordination experience and strong collaboration across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, PMO support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive follow-through, accountability, and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Experience tracking projects, action items, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Azure DevOps / Jira, similar collaboration and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve coordination challenges.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and commitments across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain ownership and accountability matrices, ensuring tasks are assigned, monitored, and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate recurring project, leadership, steering committee, and stakeholder meetings, including agendas, notes, action tracking, and follow-ups
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Product, Technology, Data & AI, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Prepare project status reports, governance updates, executive summaries, and portfolio dashboard.
• Maintain project plans, tasks trackers, decision logs, and delivery tracking artifacts.
• Drive adherence to governance processes, reporting standards, and delivery cadences.
• Support roadmap planning, business readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, and organizational communications.
