Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Intermediate Supply Planner for a hybrid role based in Puerto Rico. The position leads complex supply planning analysis and develops analytical models to optimize inventory and delivery, while mentoring team members.

You will own JBAS forecasts, run what-if scenarios, and drive AI/ML-supported decision support to improve business outcomes. A strong analytics background and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
• 5–9 years of experience in supply planning, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply planning analysis and actionable business plans for constrained portfolios.
• Develop sophisticated analytical models and recommendations to improve supply execution, inventory and financial outcomes.
• Lead constrained-supply what-if scenarios, factory alternatives and prioritization decisions.
• Mentor Specialists and drive standardization and automation of processes.
