Job summary

CJ Affiliate, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Client Strategy Manager to lead Connected Commerce strategy for a portfolio of clients, driving growth across affiliate, commerce media, and emerging channels. You will be the primary strategic advisor, shaping investment plans and long‑term plans with cross‑functional teams.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of USD 75,050 to 107,835 per year, reflecting market rates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally digital performance marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Own the Connected Commerce strategy for assigned clients across affiliate, commerce media, retail media networks, display, leads, and emerging channels.
• Translate client goals into integrated growth strategies that drive incremental revenue and efficiency.
• Develop clear strategic roadmaps aligning investment, activation, and measurement with client objectives.
• Lead strategic moments including quarterly planning, business reviews, and growth planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Media, Investment, and Operations to ensure coherent execution and alignment of strategic intent.
