Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in Newark is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Analyst I to support high-impact enterprise projects. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, develop executive-ready content, and present findings to leaders.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will work across teams, turn complex information into actionable recommendations, and help shape business priorities amid evolving health care trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience with a top management consulting firm; or 2+ years in a business environment with actionable results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with internet/intranet apps.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Develop content and create executive-ready charts and PowerPoint slides.
• Plan and execute research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis across project workstreams.
• Collaborate across functions to build partnerships and present findings to leaders.
