Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a senior-level analyst to produce reports from diverse sources and deliver actionable business intelligence. You will mentor junior analysts, ensure data accuracy, and work with IT/vendors to drive projects in a health-insurance context.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience, 6+ years in data reporting, and strong SAS/SQL skills.

Formación

• 6+ years' experience in health insurance data reporting or similar
• Strong knowledge of SAS and SQL systems
• Excellent data quality, accuracy, and storytelling with data
• Proven ability to present data and recommendations to clients

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and train more junior analysts.
• Evaluate data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, and scope.
• Define deliverables with customers and plan resources to meet them.
• Coordinate with IT/vendors and customers to implement projects.
• Perform forecasting, modeling, and regression analyses.
