Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SGL18) for a hybrid role across Arkansas offices, including Little Rock, Fort Smith, Fayetteville, or Maumelle.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, connecting workforce initiatives to business outcomes with ownership of the employee experience. Responsibilities include coaching on performance, engagement, organizational design, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS coordination, while ensuring legal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; progressive HRBP experience.
Experience advising leaders and handling complex employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted HR advisor to leaders for assigned units and priorities.
Coach leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and engagement.
Independently manage complex employee relations, investigations, and separations.
Partner with leaders on organizational design, talent development, onboarding, and offers.
