Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate in Delaware is seeking a Strategic Growth Coordinator to support our recruitment and expansion efforts. You will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, and managing administrative tasks.

Working with the Director of Growth, you will drive engagement, maintain CRM records, and help ensure a smooth onboarding process while upholding professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
