Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is hiring a Strategic Growth Coordinator to drive recruitment and expansion. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, meetings, and CRM tasks to keep talent pipelines active.

You will collaborate with the Director of Growth to execute the expansion plan, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining professional standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred
• Real estate experience preferred
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to develop a robust talent pipeline
• Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities
