Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Communications Director to lead our company-wide communications strategy and strengthen how we connect with employees, clients, industry partners, and communities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping Benesch's voice, messaging, and brand across internal and external communications, thought leadership, digital channels, social media, and the Benesch website.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
• Experience developing integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills for clear, compelling communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and leaders across the organization.
• Oversee Benesch's brand, voice, and messaging across internal/external channels and digital platforms.
• Lead the strategy and development of the website, digital channels, and social media presence.
• Mentor and manage the communications team and collaborate with marketing managers and external partners.
