Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of marketing communications and business development experience, preferably as part of a professional services firm.
• Experience influence-managing and communicating with a diverse group of clients and team members.
• Expert-level computer experience, including advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for assigned practice divisions and industry groups.
• Serve as liaison to Practice Division Chairs and Industry Leads to align marketing with firm objectives.
• Coach attorneys on client relationships, cross-selling opportunities, market opportunities and new service offerings.
• Coach and support lateral attorneys in transitioning key client relationships to the firm.
• Lead responses to proposals and pitches with cross-functional teams to ensure effective responses.
• Manage directory submissions for assigned practices and industries.
• Develop strategy for marketing activities including events and content.
