Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7–9 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
• Lead fiscal close processes and enhance month-end close timelines and accuracy.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Mentor accounting teams and promote high performance and professional development.
• Oversee external and internal audit processes and document controls.
