Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi in Portland, OR is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead strategy, creative development, production, sponsorships, and financial management for assigned Clients. You will supervise an Account Executive and drive campaigns from briefs to completion across media partners and internal teams.

You will manage budgets, analyze performance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely delivery and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years agency or Client account service experience.
• Thorough understanding of advertising strategies, sponsorships/partnerships, and media landscape.
• Prior experience in automotive category or sponsorships is a plus.
• High degree of professionalism: accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
• Analytic & Strategic Skills: analyze facts, interpret data, and develop focused strategies.
• Communication: excellent oral/written, strong client presentation skills.
• Organizational & Time-Management: prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks.
• Great attitude and teamwork.
• Supervision: train Account Executive and oversee workflow.
• Self-starter and proactive.
• Computer Aptitude: MS Office, Salesforce, Apple/Adobe software; AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact with Media partners, Creative Group, and Account Planning.
• Manage budgets for sponsorships, activations, and production for assigned regions and markets.
• Analyze marketing efforts for optimization and alignment with Client objectives.
• Oversee partner relationships; evaluate and manage sponsorship renewals.
• Lead integrated campaigns with client approvals, briefs, budgets and timelines.
• Develop monthly advertising strategies and oversee implementation/trafficking of creative campaigns.
• Communicate advertising financials with the Client and provide recommendations.
• Manage Client meeting cadence and present during in-person and video conferences.
• Act as trusted advisor to Clients through relationship and accountability.
• Maintain understanding of Client’s industry, business, and objectives.
• Manage and train Account Executive while supervising junior staff workflow.
• As primary Client contact, develop positive relationships; travel may be required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
