Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate events on campus or at external venues.
• Develop event communications, invitations, and promotion.
• Coordinate venues, catering, rentals, and setup; manage budgets.
• Collaborate with leadership to calendar events and calendars.
• Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, and expenses.
• Provide day-of event support and staff preparation.
• Train volunteers for STEM outreach activities.
