The hybrid role focuses on general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience with month-end close, consolidating financial data, and preparing accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as Staff Accountant or similar accounting role.
• Strong GL accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain journal entries and general ledger transactions.
• Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and special accounting projects.
