Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Two (2) years relevant accounting experience. Familiarity with GAAP.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with the Controller and Senior Financial Analyst to ensure timely processing of invoices with outsourced accounts payable and accounting service provider.
• Interface with University faculty and staff on accounting practices and our accounting system.
• Prepare periodic financial reporting for the international headquarters and interface on accounting and treasury matters.
• Review General Ledger detail for accuracy and create correcting journal entries when required.
• Review General Ledger reconciliations prepared by the outsourced provider and suggest improvements.
• Provide month end and ad hoc accounting reports as needed.
• Support annual financial audits and internal audits with schedules, research and reconciliations.
