Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is assisting in recruiting a Staff Accountant for a manufacturing client in Lebanon, NJ. The role combines general ledger, financial reporting, and analysis within a growing corporate environment.

The position follows a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days remote, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Base salary ranges up to $90k with a 5% annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience including GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and departmental spending.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Pull and reconcile data across ERP and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with Corporate departments on expenses and allocations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls.
