Responsibilities include journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, AP/AR support, audits, GAAP compliance, and process improvements, with a collaborative environment and room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
• Support annual audits and tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
