Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, analysis, AP, and payroll.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Perform financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payments.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
