PACS in Salt Lake City is seeking an Accountant to support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses. You will collaborate with AP, AR, payroll, and operations to deliver accurate financial statements.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in PACS Downtown Salt Lake City office and a strong GAAP background. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years of related experience, with solid Excel skills and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 3+ years of related accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Work with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and operations.
• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Reconcile balance sheets, including bank and fixed assets.
• Analyze month-over-month variances and report to leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of financials to leadership monthly.
• Maintain accruals and assist with monthly close processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
