• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and record vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation; resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Process weekly AP payment batches and approved payments.
• Prepare monthly landlord sales reports and sales tax filings.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; assist with period-end close.
