Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience administering Linux systems and troubleshooting production infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure automation; Ansible is required.
• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD concepts, and operational documentation practices.
• Foundational understanding of networking and secure systems operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure in development, QA, and production environments.
• Perform routine platform maintenance and operational troubleshooting with change-management and security practices.
• Support user onboarding, access provisioning, and access lifecycle activities for AI platform services.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, configuration documentation, and deployment procedures.
• Support CI/CD workflows and platform integrations used to deploy and operate AI-enabled engineering services.
• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration-management solutions using Ansible.
• Assist with monitoring, alert response, problem isolation, and resolution with collaboration across teams.
• Document operational work clearly and communicate progress, risks, and issues to the team.
