Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a hybrid, school-based role in Winamac, IN, serving K-12 students. The position focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and direct therapy to enhance communication and access to education.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: One year of experience in speech therapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments and determine eligibility.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
