Job summary

SynapseTBI - Traumatic Brain Injury Testing & Rehab in Denver, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our hybrid clinical team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Colorado SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with neurological, cognitive, concussion, or TBI populations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable working in clinic and community-based settings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language and cognitive-communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapy services to patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and progress.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning discussions.
• Travel locally as needed to support patient care and community-based services.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
