Job summary

Pediatric Therapy Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist & Assistants to help children overcome communication challenges within a supportive team. The role uses a hybrid caseload model with in-person and teletherapy sessions.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, direct therapy, family collaboration, progress documentation, and ongoing professional development in a pediatric setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities (SLP).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children (SLP).
• Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills (SLP & SLP-A).
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals (SLP & SLP-A).
• Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals (SLP & SLP-A).
• Educate families on communication strategies and techniques (SLP & SLP-A).
• Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy (SLP & SLP-A).
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities (SLP & SLP-A).
