Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children 3 years and older, delivering therapy in a hybrid in-person and virtual format in the Phoenix area. You will develop individualized plans, document progress, and advocate for patients across schools and community settings.

Responsibilities include family sessions, progress monitoring, and staying current with research, with a supportive W2 benefits package and opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Therapy and licensure.
• AZEIP Standards of Practice within three years of start date.
• Background check and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.
• Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide one-on-one family sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy.
• Must be open to flexible schedules and hybrid in-person/virtual services.
