Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children aged 3 and up, with flexible hybrid scheduling.

You will develop individualized plans, document progress, advocate for clients in schools or workplaces, and stay current with research. W2 benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k and more.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP.
• Completion of AzEIP Standards of Practice within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.
• Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide one-on-one family sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy.
• Must be open to flexible schedules; hybrid in-person and virtual.
