Job summary

The JPI Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver an energy efficiency workforce development program in Michigan. This role manages day-to-day operations, coordinates training, and supports partnerships and participant recruitment to meet contractual goals.

The successful candidate serves as the primary contact for clients, training providers, employers, and community partners, with statewide travel and a hybrid Michigan-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in workforce development, business administration, public administration, education, project management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in workforce development, program management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Experience with training programs, participant recruitment, employer engagement, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program implementation in alignment with contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, and risk logs.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, subcontractors, training providers, clients, employers, and external partners.
• Monitor program performance and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and document decisions with clear follow‑ups.
