MJ Care, Inc. is seeking a school-based Special Education Teacher in Manitowoc, WI.

You will provide instruction and support aligned with IEPs for students across the school day, collaborating with teachers and families to promote learning, participation, and success in the educational environment. The role balances direct instruction with collaboration and documentation, supporting academic, behavioral, functional, and social-emotional growth while adapting to evolving school priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education is required.
• Wisconsin DPI Special Education license in one of the listed areas is required.
• Maintain licenses and certifications in good standing throughout employment.
• Experience with IEPs and multidisciplinary collaboration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide services to students in alignment with IEPs and individualized plans.
• Support academic, behavioral, functional, and social-emotional development.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and instructional strategies.
• Deliver instruction in classrooms, small groups, and one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP and progress meetings and maintain documentation.
• Manage caseloads and adapt to school priorities throughout the year.
