KBR is seeking a Senior Operations Integration & TACSRT Support Lead in Colorado Springs. The role links operational users with modeling/simulation environments, training, and emerging commercial space capabilities to support AFRL DRAGON Army and JCO missions.

The candidate will bring extensive TACSRT, SDA, and exercise planning experience, supporting mission rehearsals, capability assessments, and operator training across space enterprise stakeholders. Hybrid work in CO available.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in TACSRT, SDA, or space operations.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing major exercises or rehearsals.
• Strong understanding of Joint planning processes and JELC.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for TACSRT, SDA, and commercial space integration activities.
• Support JCO and operational customers with analysis, visualization, reporting, and mission execution support.
• Conduct operational assessments and provide recommendations to improve mission effectiveness.
• Support real-world operations, training activities, mission rehearsals, and exercises.
• Deliver daily operational briefings and analytical products to government stakeholders.
• Analyze publicly available and government-furnished information for mission planning.
