Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to draft and manage contracts. This position offers exposure to business-wide improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years sourcing experience with strong procurement background.
• 5+ years procurement experience with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Place and follow-up on POs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
• Manage changes in schedules and problem resolution.
• Update ERP systems.
• Propose improvements to processes and methods.
• Coordinate communications with colleagues and business teams.
• Contribute as a team member on projects.
• Work goals typically 1–3 months to complete; results are seen immediately or within 1–2 months.
