Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist Lead to support procurement activities in Sugar Land, TX on a hybrid W2 contract. The role requires 5+ years in sourcing with strong negotiation and contract management skills, plus experience updating ERP data and driving process improvements.

Preferred skills include Power BI and Excel for dashboard reporting and analytics. The candidate should reside within a reasonable commute and be able to work onsite Tue–Thu with some remote days.

Sourcing Specialist Lead

Job Type: W2 Contract

Contract Duration: 12 Months, Potential Extension

Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478

Pay Rate: $40.00–$45.00 per hour

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Work Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday: Onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Monday & Friday: Remote (WFH)
• Must reside within a 40–50 minute commute of the work location.

Job Summary

This role supports procurement and sourcing activities through purchase order management, supplier relationship management, issue resolution, ERP system updates, and procurement process improvements. The position requires 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, along with strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with Power BI, Excel, dashboard reporting, and analytics is preferred.
