Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist Lead to support procurement activities in Sugar Land, TX on a hybrid W2 contract. The role requires 5+ years in sourcing with strong negotiation and contract management skills, plus experience updating ERP data and driving process improvements.

Preferred skills include Power BI and Excel for dashboard reporting and analytics. The candidate should reside within a reasonable commute and be able to work onsite Tue–Thu with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years sourcing experience.
• 5+ years procurement or sourcing experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs).
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely PO execution.
• Resolve supplier issues, schedule changes, and delivery concerns.
• Update and maintain ERP system information.
• Support process improvements and procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to project success.
