Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect in Colorado Springs to design Satellite Communications ground entry and Space Domain Awareness solutions. You will interface with customers to understand requirements, determine available solutions, and provide technical leadership in demonstrations, proposals, and delivery opportunities.

The role requires 2–5 years in engineering/military operations, TS clearance, and strong RF systems knowledge, with a hands-on ability to

Qualifications

2–5 years industry experience in Engineering/Military Operations.
Understanding of Satellite Communications in GEO and LEO orbits.
Understanding of Space Domain Awareness and Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations.
Training and Customer Service Experience.
RF Systems Engineering Experience.
RF Signal Analysis: ability to characterize signals of interest.
Proficient with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel; capable of creating architectural diagrams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Current, active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Interface with potential customers to understand technical requirements and assess feasible solutions.
Design new solutions and provide technical leadership in capability demonstrations, proposal development, and delivery opportunities.
Support sales activities and coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
