Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 2–3+ years in construction management, budgeting, scheduling.
• Experience in renewable energy and solar projects is required.
• AI literacy and ability to integrate AI tools into workflow.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact on projects of varying size and type.
• Coordinate with EPCs and equipment vendors to track progress.
• Prepare internal reports and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and change orders.
• Manage schedules using Microsoft Project and monitor timelines.
