Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of software development experience or 3+ years of automated software testing experience.
• Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Visual Studio and Selenium.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience using Eclipse IDE or similar development environments.
• Understanding of UI automation frameworks.
• Understanding of software applications developed in .NET, Java, or PHP.
• Experience debugging application code.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test suites.
• Perform functional, integration, API, SDK, web application, performance, load, and system testing.
• Build and maintain UI automation frameworks and automation scripts.
• Execute API testing to validate application functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and improve software quality and test automation frameworks.
• Participate in Agile development teams to support continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare project estimates, task status updates, and testing reports.
• Monitor testing progress against project timelines and resource plans.
• Create work instructions, testing documentation, and training materials.
• Support product releases by ensuring quality standards met before production deployment.
• Perform additional quality assurance and testing activities as assigned.
