Job summary

Breg,Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Software Support Analyst I to join our team in a hybrid role.

You will own post-sales relationships, provide technical support for our product portfolio, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in CS or related fields, at least 1 year in a customer-facing tech/support role, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
1 year of experience in technical or customer support environments.
Strong customer service and written communication skills.
Experience analyzing and resolving complex software issues with good problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Own post-sales software support relationship and strive to delight customers.
Provide technical support via phone and email for product portfolio; diagnose issues and guide to resolution.
Reproduce issues accurately and share detailed information with internal teams.
Coordinate with technical teams for problems needing escalation and update management and customers.
Collaborate with Customer Care and other departments to ensure proper complaint handling.
