You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, train customers, and create user documentation while enjoying a benefits package and a culture focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of software support experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP, accounts payable/receivable.
• Experience with banking networks (ACH/NACHA) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer issues to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Resolve issues not requiring development team intervention.
• Document and forward requests for modifications or enhancements; provide feedback.
• Provide thorough, accurate step-by-step responses via email or phone.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure outstanding service.
• Create user documentation for frequently asked questions.
• Assist training and implementation teams as needed.
