Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate procurement, preferably in a large for-profit or advisory setting.
• Experience sourcing or negotiating software, SaaS, cloud-based applications, or license agreements.
• Experience managing RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution processes.
• Knowledge of SaaS commercial models: subscription pricing, user licensing, renewals, and support models.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and contracting activities for software, SaaS, cloud-based apps, and enterprise licenses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business, technical, commercial, and risk requirements.
• Manage RFx events, supplier communications, proposal evaluations, and negotation strategies.
• Negotiate commercial/contract terms with suppliers with business and legal partners.
• Analyze proposals, usage, spend, renewals, benchmarks to identify savings and risk reduction.
• Prepare sourcing docs, award recommendations, and stakeholder updates.
• Apply procurement tools and emerging tech, including AI, to improve sourcing quality and speed.
