Job summary

Cambia Health is hiring Software Quality Engineers I–III for a hybrid role. You will ensure high quality software across web, mobile, and database technologies, participating in agile teams and defect triage.

This role emphasizes automation, test design, and collaboration with development to improve quality and delivery timelines. The position supports working at multiple listed locations with a hybrid in-office schedule, offering growth across engineer levels and exposure to diverse projects

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software quality/testing experience for Engineer II; 6+ years for Engineer III with test automation
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Ruby, Python, or C#)

Responsibilities

• Participate on project scrum team and defect triage team while managing personal backlog using agile practices.
• Review user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, software designs, code and tests to ensure quality standards.
• Develop, automate and execute unit, component and system-level tests; write automated and manual test cases with peers.
• Report test results, submit defects, verify fixes, and assess impact of changes to update tests.
