Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced technologist to engineer and operate enterprise-grade platform solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role emphasizes observability, security, scalability, and collaboration with multiple teams.

You will guide CI/CD, incident management, and platform tooling using OpenShift, Kubernetes, Mule ESB, Kafka and related technologies, while communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications with focus on performance and reliability.
• Minimum 15 years experience overseeing enterprise-grade platform solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with Application Development and Production teams; ensure instrumentation, tooling, alerting and on-call routines are in place.
• Provide expertise in supporting production environments, maintenance, change, incident and problem management.
• Design and develop significant components; drive architecture and optimal solutions using design patterns.
