Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer for the Enterprise Corrections - Courts & Justice team. This hybrid role requires local presence in Plano, TX or Franklin, TN three days per week, focusing on secure and scalable Corrections Solutions.

You will collaborate with product management and engineering, write clean code, and contribute to AI-assisted workflows, build and deployment automation, and API development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with SaaS applications and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for Corrections Solutions products.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering in Agile environments.
• Design, implement, test, and optimize software using AI-assisted workflows.
• Automate build and deployment processes for reliability.
• Create and maintain API services and data-driven features.
• Participate in on-call rotations and document procedures.
