You will follow specifications from senior staff and contribute to user manuals, while collaborating with technical teams to diagnose issues. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with annual HIPAA/FERPA security training.

Qualificações

• Requires an Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field and 2 years of related experience.
• Work experience may substitute education requirement.
• Experience with software development, coding, web and mobile development preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain existing software for third-party customers.
• Assist in coding, testing, and debugging new software.
• Write programs according to specifications from higher level staff or business analysts.
• Contribute to user manuals and support documentation.
• Work with technical staff to learn and understand problems, and participate in security training (HIPAA/FERPA).
